The good thing about ESP is that it gives a good reason to have two sets of girls, one set of lab victims, and another set separated by distance like Maddison used as test receivers to see if they have ESP.

I believe ESP was in capital letters... Especially is typically abreviated in lower case...as I said...it is still theory.

It is possible that, should we somehow be able to convert the selected frequency to a porta translatable key, we may get a message. I do not do Porta very well, so maybe someone else can take a crack at that?
