okay, after realizing there was no rickroll, you've got some valid points and: this is all based on conjecture. There's a pretty good chance that these girls were taken against their wills, there are probably a small amount of people willing to suffer for the greater good, but not innocent parties unknowingly dragged into it, if that was indeed the case with Zipp.

Clever yet diabolical, Acid. :)
As I pointed out in the comments on your video:
"The test subjects that Maddison and Adam rescued were pregnant. Even if Zipp Enterprises was able to get the mother's permission to experiment, they couldn't get the same go-ahead from the unborn children.
You also have to take into account that Zipp Enterprises was hiding their research in a mobile home in the middle of nowhere; they knew what they were doing is illegal. Spare me their cover story."

Thanks for the comments everyone. I'd like to address some of the issues that have been raised:
PJ, I mentioned this in the comments on Kait's video on Youtube, but basically I think it's more likely that the girls volunteered for this rather than the other way around. Obviously Zipp Enterprises is not short on resources, so it's entirely possible that they just offered the girl a large sum of cash to participate, just like they did Abby and Thomas. Given the current economic situation, I don't think it's an entirely trivial decision to turn down $100,000 to just participate in some medical experiments. Still though, we do not know on what terms the girls were there. It could likely be kidnapping, but equally possible that it was entirely voluntary.
Apo, your point about the unborn children is a sticky situation. This goes all the way back to the age old debate of when a baby is considered a human being. I won't try to touch that, since I know I won't be able to shine any new light on that topic that hasn't been brought up in the past 500-whatever years :P Regarding the legality of their operation.... yes it's clear that they were aware of the ambiguous ethics involved in this, but sometimes laws and regulations need to be "stretched" in order to get any real progress. Don't tell me you've never stretched a rule or law in order to do something that benefited you or someone else greatly!
Hopefully this will help everyone to take a moment to think about how they really feel regarding this situation. Don't just blindly trust two people because they've sent you some post cards and puzzles. If a lion is sinking in quick sand asking for help, I wouldn't just throw out my arm without thinking about the situation first.
Some things to think about:
1. Why did Abby and Thomas choose to contact Maddison? Why not any sort of authority figure?
2. Given the large amount of money that Zipp Enterprises has, and their awareness of the nature of these experiments, why did they hire Lanky McLazyass as their sole security guard?
3. How did Abby and Thomas get Maddison's contact information?
I'd like to see you volunteer your spine for the good of humanity. Help cure MS affecting millions, help stop so much suffering!
In fact, let's not care if you volunteer. Let's just take your spine and then dump your body...
Oh wait, we might not find a spine in you...
:D

Interesting observations acid, but my comments that I quoted were in game. :)
OOG, yeah, I should probably avoid the argument regarding the unborn. I agree, it is a sticky one. But also, human experimentation of the kind portrayed here is forbidden because it violates the dignity and rights of those people upon who these experiments were performed. I just assume you were playing devil's advocate with your "the ends justifies the means" argument in game, or that you were portraying someone who had been paid off by Zipp :D
Did you miss the fact that Maddison was one of the girls who was at the trailler at one time in May for an unknown amount of time, and clearly had not volunteered for it? We have a lot more to learn about... but assuming Abby was telling the truth about mass graves and executing the girls who were released, not sure how you work this out as a volunteer operation. (I'm guessing the executions are done to perform autopsies.)

Amergin, what proof do you have that she was there? Based on the neglect shown on the patients that were rescued (Namely their ports being severely infected) It seems that Maddison would have have the same condition after her stay there. Also, I don't recall Maddison talking about a 6-week (or however long the trial is) stretch of time where she doesn't remember anything. Unless I have missed something that she said
I think the most likely thing in the case of Maddison's file, and I hate to jump the gun theory wise, is that when she got her spinal tap the missing tech worked for Zipp and that's how Abby knew who she was. That makes the most sense out of everything we've heard so far in comparison with the time line
